Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed and dispatched in 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, orders on weekend/holiday will be shipped on next working day.

2. Shipping Option

- Standard Shipping: Free shipping over order amount $100, delivery in 7–15 working days.

- Expedited Shipping: Extra shipping fee needed, delivery in 3–6 working days.

3. Shipping Exceptions

Remote area, customs clearance delay or uncontrollable logistics issue (bad weather, carrier delay) may lead to late delivery, we will track parcel info and update for you actively.

4. Undeliverable Parcel

If package is returned due to invalid address, buyer needs to pay reshipment cost for second delivery.
