Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You can apply for full refund or item exchange within **30 calendar days** after you receive the parcel. Products must be unused, intact with original package for return approval.

2. Defective Item Refund

If your night light arrives broken, defective or wrong item, we cover full return shipping cost and offer free replacement or 100% money back. Please provide product defect photos via support email within 7 days of receipt.

3. Buyer’s Remorse Return

If you change your mind after receiving intact products, buyers need to bear return shipping fee, original product cost will be refunded after we receive returned goods.

4. Non-refund Situation

Custom personalized orders, damaged items caused by improper human operation are not available for free refund.
